Veregy, a decarbonization leader, seeks a Senior Project Developer in Phoenix to drive energy efficiency projects from audits through construction. You will design energy measures, model savings, and coordinate pricing with subcontractors while supporting the sales team to win and deliver projects on time.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project development, a mechanical engineering background, and experience with energy tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in project development.
• 2 years energy engineering experience desired.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, Procore, MS Project or similar software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage energy efficiency project development from audits to execution.
• Lead design discussions and coordinate with sales and construction teams.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and subcontractor costs.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
