Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in Houston seeks a full-time Relationship Manager to drive revenue retention for ICE Desktop products (ICE Connect, ICE Options Analytics, ICE Chat) with energy and commodities clients.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with traders and managers, deliver demos and trainings, and coordinate with sales, product management and AR teams to ensure timely billing and successful feature rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in energy market trading, brokerage or clearing is a plus.
• Strong Excel proficiency with large data sets; knowledge of relational databases is a plus.
• Knowledge of Tableau reporting, Salesforce, and vended market data systems.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-moving technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Retain revenue and increase existing revenue for ICE Desktop products within assigned accounts.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of ICE Connect, ICE Options Analytics, and ICE Chat platforms.
• Build durable relationships with users and trading managers through demos, trainings and support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to traders, analysts, and managers across client firms.
• Identify selling opportunities and drive retention through account analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with sales, product management and AR teams to resolve billing issues and drive collections.
