Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a full-time Associate Technical Account Manager to join the Houston team, supporting Americas WEBICE customers, FCMs and middle/back-office users of ICE trading and clearing applications.

You will build relationships, deliver training, become an expert on WEBICE, and translate customer feedback into product improvements, while understanding futures and options and the capital markets landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Outlook, Salesforce, instant messaging, and desktop trading/market data systems.
• Knowledge of capital markets (exchange and/or OTC) and derivatives.
• Pro-active approach to calling clients, time management, and scheduling weekly visits and online demos.
• Understanding futures and options.
• Experience in or exposure to exchanges and trading workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support WEBICE customers and related users.
• Build and maintain relationships through training and site visits.
• Become expert in WEBICE content and related products.
• Channel customer feedback to product and tech teams.
• Understand customer workflows and toolsets.
• Present to traders, quants, risk managers.
• Lead high-level training and cross-sell ICE solutions.
• Travel as required.
