Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee a territory of 5–10 parent accounts, each generating $1M to $40M annually. The role emphasizes trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and is measured on revenue retention and growth across ICE Data Services.

The Senior RM coordinates internal resources, engages senior leaders, and leads complex renegotiations, collaborating with Sales Specialists to advance the account's strategic vision while traveling as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in financial services with at least 3 years in account relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management exposure.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of coordinating internal resources.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICE Data Services revenue across all lines of business.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful client initiatives.
• Build relationships at all levels, including c-suite.
• Collaborate on account strategy and lead renegotiations.
• Work with subject matter experts and Sales Specialists to advance the strategic vision.
• Measure performance by revenue retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
