Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) in New York seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to proactively manage a portfolio of 5–10 parent accounts generating substantial revenue. You will build trust-based partnerships with key client stakeholders across lines of business.

You will coordinate internal resources, drive account strategy, and lead large, complex negotiations to sustain revenue growth and client satisfaction, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in financial services with at least 3 years in account relationships.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and a strong customer advocate.
• Knowledge of ICE Data Services products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships at all levels including c-suite.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure client initiatives and problem resolution.
• Collaborate on account strategy and lead large, complex renegotiations.
• Work with subject matter experts and Sales Specialists to advance strategic opportunities.
• Performance measured by revenue retention and growth and client satisfaction.
