Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in Houston is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to support WEBICE clients, FCMs, and middle/back-office users of ICE trading and clearing applications.

You will build relationships, conduct training sessions, and present to traders, quants and risk managers. You will channel customer feedback to product and technology teams and travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, and messaging tools.
• Knowledge of capital markets and derivatives.
• Exposure to Exchange, futures/options/OTC lifecycles or desktop commodity applications.
• Pro-active in calling customers, scheduling weekly client visits and online training demos.

Responsibilities

• Support clients using the WEBICE trading application and related products.
• Build and maintain relationships with users through training and floor visits.
• Become an expert in WEBICE content and functionality.
• Channel customer feedback to product development and technology teams.
• Understand customer workflows and toolsets (ICE or other).
• Document gaps and help roadmap with product teams.
• Conduct high-level presentations to traders, quants, risk managers.
• Maintain training sessions and opportunities for cross-selling ICE solutions.
• Travel to client sites as required.
