Job summary

CLEAResult in Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level field technician to support energy efficiency programs by installing equipment in multifamily residences and delivering a strong customer experience.

You will perform basic installations with hand tools, travel daily within the region, interact with customers in occupied homes, and participate in training. No prior experience required; training provided and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of experience; training provided.
• Customer service experience.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment in multifamily residences with attention to safety.
• Interact with customers daily and provide a strong customer experience.

• Troubleshoot minor issues and complete follow-up visits.

Job Description

Support field-based energy efficiency programs by installing equipment in multifamily residences while delivering a strong customer experience. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with training provided, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in team environments and interacting with customers daily.

• Work collaboratively in a team setting; occasionally work independently once trained.

• Travel daily within the assigned region using a company vehicle.
• Follow directions, learn quickly, and maintain a reliable work schedule.

Exciting candidates will have

Targeted Compensation

$20-$21/h

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employmentdrug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license,andindividuals provided a conditional offer of employment mustsuccessfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
