Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a customer support professional to assist property owners and contractors in Colorado. This role requires a strong customer service background and experience navigating CRM systems like Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to help customers improve energy efficiency. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance and managing customer interactions effectively.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or combination of education and work experience.
  • Technical, sales, and/or customer-service experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in residential energy efficiency and customer education.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized assistance to property owners and contractors.
  • Troubleshoot technical questions and provide installation guidance.
  • Complete rebate processing and documentation review.
  • Record customer interactions to meet program tracking requirements.
  • Occasional travel within assigned areas for program needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized and ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors to support project conversion and contract compliance (approximately 60%).
  • Troubleshoot technical questions and provide guidance on installation requirements, adaptation, configuration, and enhancement in accordance with client specifications (10%).
  • Complete rebate processing, data entry, QA/QC support, and documentation review (15%).
  • Record customer and contractor interactions accurately to meet program tracking and reporting requirements (10%).
  • Travel occasionally within assigned areas for program needs (5%).
Key Skills
  • Strong customer service background – call center or high‑volume communication experience is highly valuable.
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and simply.
  • Strong communication (phone + email), organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to use CRM systems (Salesforce preferred; Quickbase experience a plus).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a steady volume of customer interactions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, phone‑based advising environment.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:

  • 1–2 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR a combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Technical, sales, and/or customer‑service experience (preferred).
  • Strong interest in residential energy efficiency, building‑science fundamentals, and customer education.
  • Ability to navigate CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and standard digital communications.
  • A desire to help customers understand their energy usage and complete their upgrade projects successfully.
Target Compensation

$19.55 per hour

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$19.55 - $27.25 (USD, hourly). Salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, and certain degrees and certifications. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre‑employment checks.
