Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an entry-level installer to support field-based energy efficiency programs by installing equipment in multifamily residences and delivering a strong customer experience.

You will perform basic installations with hand tools, travel daily in the assigned region using a company vehicle, and interact professionally with customers in occupied homes. Training provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of experience (entry-level; training provided).
• Customer service experience.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
• Ability to meet physical job requirements (standing, bending, moving between units).
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This is an entry-level, hands-on role with training provided, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in team environments and interacting with customers daily.

• Follow directions, learn quickly, and maintain a reliable work schedule.

Targeted Compensation

$20-$21/h

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$16.50 - $24.00 Currency USD Type Hourly
