Accenture PLC in Seattle area seeks a Senior Energy Strategy Advisor to lead business transformation for Oil & Gas clients, combining deep domain expertise with data, cloud, AI, and digital technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders while guiding enterprise-scale transformation across Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, and Low Carbon value chains.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream, downstream domains.
Minimum of 10 years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams.
Minimum of 10 years business development and solutioning for executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

Advise energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
Travel may be required for this role; travel varies by client needs.
