Job summary

Accenture plc in the United States is seeking a Senior Energy Strategy Advisor to lead enterprise transformation for Oil & Gas clients. You will mentor global delivery teams, shape data-driven strategies, and drive cloud and AI-enabled programs across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream segments.

Travel may be required; you will cultivate executive relationships and develop high-value pursuits while delivering measurable outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• At least 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream, and downstream domains (e.g., Subsurface, Wells & Drilling, Production Operations, Reservoir & Asset Management, Energy Data Management, Capital Projects, HSE).
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience mentoring high-performing global delivery teams across large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 10 years of business development, strategy pursuits, and solutioning for executive-level client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and domain-specific data ecosystems.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Accelerate transformation through AI, advanced analytics, and digital platform adoption.
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
• Create industry accelerators, thought leadership, and value-focused technology offerings.
