Accenture is seeking a senior Energy Strategy Advisor to lead enterprise-scale transformation across Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, and Low Carbon value chains. You will shape data governance, AI adoption, and cloud-enabled modernization while guiding client engagements at the executive level.

This role requires 12+ years in Oil & Gas, 10+ years in strategic advisory, and a proven track record mentoring large global delivery teams. Travel up to 0–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream, and downstream.
• Minimum of 10 years mentoring global delivery teams on large-scale transformations.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development and executive-level solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges.
• Lead data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., cloud).
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, modernization, and platform engineering.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead high-value pursuits.
