Job summary
Accenture plc seeks a senior Energy Transformation leader to guide technology-driven business change for Oil & Gas clients. You will shape data modernization, AI adoption, and cloud-enabled programs across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream, while mentoring delivery teams and pursuing executive-level opportunities.
You will also drive enterprise architectures and cross-platform integrations to boost operational efficiency and client value, with travel as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years in Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
- 10+ years in strategic advisory across upstream, midstream & downstream.
- 10+ years mentoring global delivery teams.
- 10+ years of business development & executive pursuits.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s, 6+ years experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges.
- Lead data modernization, governance and cloud initiatives.
- Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud and platform engineering.
- Drive AI-enabled transformation and cross-platform integrations.
- Cultivate executive client relationships and lead high-value pursuits.
