Accenture PLC is seeking an seasoned Energy Domain leader to drive end-to-end transformation for Energy clients, including data modernization and AI-enabled platforms. The role spans upstream, downstream, midstream, and low carbon value chains.

You will mentor global delivery teams, lead strategic business development, and shape enterprise architectures for cloud and platform engineering while expanding client relationships and value-based offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
Minimum 10 years in strategic advisory roles across upstream/midstream/downstream.
10+ years mentoring global delivery teams.
10+ years in business development and executive-level pursuits.

Responsibilities

Lead Energy Domain Leadership and client advisory across Upstream/Downstream/Midstream/Low Carbon value chains.
Drive Data & Digital Transformation including data modernization, governance, and AI adoption.
Define architectures and roadmaps for cloud, app modernization, and platform engineering.
Cultivate executive client relationships and drive high-value pursuits.
