Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned Energy Transformation Leader to guide and execute enterprise-scale initiatives across Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, and Low Carbon value chains. You will advise on end-to-end challenges, drive digital operating models, and lead data governance and architecture programs.

The role emphasizes AI and platform-based modernization, cross-functional team leadership, and executive engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream, and downstream domains.
• Minimum of 10 years of mentoring high-performing global delivery teams.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development, strategy pursuits, and solutioning for executive-level client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and domain-specific data ecosystems.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Accelerate transformation through AI, advanced analytics, and digital platform adoption.
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
• Create industry accelerators, thought leadership, and value-focused technology offerings.
