Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Energy Strategy Advisor to lead enterprise-wide transformation for Oil & Gas clients in the U.S. leveraging data, cloud, AI and digital platforms to unlock value at speed.

You'll drive energy domain leadership, data modernization, architecture roadmaps, and AI-enabled automation while building executive relationships and pursuing large-scale opportunities.

Travel may be 0–100%. Requirements include 12+ years in Energy, 10+ years in advisory, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Oil & Gas/Energy industry
• 10+ years in strategic advisory roles across upstream/midstream/downstream
• 10+ years mentoring global delivery teams on large-scale transformation
• 10+ years business development and solutioning for executive stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience) or 6+ years if Associate degree

Responsibilities

• Lead energy domain advisory across end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges
• Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and data ecosystems
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, app modernization, and platform engineering
• Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to improve efficiency
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead high-value business pursuits
