Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Energy Domain Leader to guide large-scale transformations for Oil & Gas clients. You will advise on operational challenges, drive digital operating models, and shape data ecosystems across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream value chains.

You will lead data modernization programs, accelerate AI adoption, and architect cloud-enabled platforms. Travel may be required as client needs vary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry and 10+ years in strategic advisory roles across upstream, midstream, and downstream domains.
• 10+ years mentoring global delivery teams on large-scale transformation initiatives.
• 10+ years of business development, strategy pursuits, and solutioning for executive-level client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and domain-specific data ecosystems.
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
• Travel may be required for this role with variable amount.
