Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

• Available Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers over the phone or via email, resolving queries and engaging with suppliers when needed.
• Working in Operations, you’ll be at the heart of what we do—helping customers.
• Take full responsibility for issues and deliver end-to-end customer service.
• Deliver proactive solutions while adapting to rapid change as the company grows.
