Octopus Energy is seeking a customer service professional to talk to customers by phone and email, resolve inquiries, and own the end-to-end resolution process. You will join a fast-paced Operations team focused on delivering exceptional service and sustainability-driven energy solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while supporting customers with warmth and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Passion for sustainability and providing world-class customer service.
• Highly motivated and lots of drive to succeed.
• MS Office Suite proficient.
• Highly organized and energetic.
• Quick learner and able to follow instructions.
• Standard Monday–Friday schedule 9:00am–5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers over the phone and via email, resolving queries and guiding them through solutions.
• Operate in Operations to support customers at the heart of our service.
• Take full ownership of issues and deliver end-to-end customer service; avoid endless transfers.
• Adapt to rapid changes and contribute to improving the customer experience.
