Job summary

Talisman Advisory Partners LLC is seeking an ambitious Associate Consultant to join our Houston Sales Academy. You will learn to connect energy project professionals with developers, utilities and EPC firms, focusing on contract staffing across engineering, construction and operations.

You’ll train under experienced leaders, develop a specialized Houston market, and build a 360° recruitment desk with strong CRM discipline and business development support.

Qualifications

• Interest in sales and recruitment
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfort working in energy sector recruiting environments

Responsibilities

• Source energy sector professionals through targeted outreach
• Assess candidates' experience, availability, location and pay expectations
• Understand client project requirements and hiring timelines
• Manage recruitment processes from briefing to interviews and onboarding
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline of opportunities
• Support extensions and renewals for contractors
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and build new business
• Collaborate with team to build Houston presence
