Energy Transfer in Houston is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to spearhead recruitment strategies across technical, engineering, operations, transportation, and safety roles for our pipeline operations. You will partner with leadership to build and nurture a robust candidate pipeline that supports business goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5+ years of relevant experience, with strong ATS skills, data analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition for technical/industrial roles.
• On-site work requirement in the office; strong ATS/HRIS familiarity.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and labor laws relevant to pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and refine recruitment strategies for technical/operational needs.
• Plan and execute targeted sourcing campaigns and pipelines.
• Manage full lifecycle: requisition, descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify skill gaps and workforce needs.
• Engage with industry networks to build diverse, high-quality candidate pools.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws; measure recruitment metrics.
• Represent the employer brand at events and recruit for multiple roles.
