Job summary

CCL Global in Houston is seeking a hungry 360 Recruitment Consultant to lead contract staffing for engineering, energy, infrastructure, and construction markets.

You will own the full lifecycle from business development to placement, build a strong candidate network, and grow your own desk within an established global recruitment business.

Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience in a 360 or recruitment-focused business development role.
• Experience with contract staffing preferred.
• Comfortable with business development, cold calling, and client-facing activity.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Motivated by revenue, billings, and growing a desk.
• Able to manage both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process.
• Engineering, energy, infrastructure, construction, or related industry experience is a plus.

360 Recruitment Consultant – Contract Staffing – Houston

CCL Global is hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Houston team, focused on contract staffing across the engineering, energy, infrastructure, and construction markets.

This is a true 360 role where you will be responsible for both developing client relationships and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to build and grow your own desk while leveraging an established platform, existing relationships, and a global network.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Business development and developing new client relationships
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Sourcing, screening, and placing contract professionals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client contact through placement and ongoing contractor management
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
• Developing and growing your own desk

What We’re Looking For

This is a revenue-driven position with a base salary plus commission. Compensation will be based on experience.
