Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Sustainability, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in account management with strong client relationships.
• Proven project management and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of energy commodities, RTO/utility programs and renewables.
• Familiarity with energy data analytics and vendor capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans, track progress, and keep teams aligned.
• Own end-to-end client program delivery to scope, timelines, and processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to support onboarding.
• Provide client enablement to maximize product/service value.
• Run regular client check-ins to review status and outcomes.
• Use analytics and client feedback to drive improvements.
