Job summary

Energy Solutions seeks a Senior Manager to lead planning, administration, and performance of major Energy Efficiency programs in the Chicago/Midwest region. You will shape budgeting, develop staff, and drive profitability while ensuring high-quality execution across teams.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage contracts, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant program outcomes. A strong background in DSM and market transformation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Economics, Business).
• 10+ years leading and managing complex programs within energy efficiency or related regulated industries.
• 5+ years leading teams with accountability for delivery outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Deep understanding of energy efficiency program design, delivery models, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability across a defined solution area.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, administration, and performance of major energy efficiency programs.
• Develop staff capability and establish implementation standards to scale operations.
• Guide budgeting practices and cross-functional collaboration for accurate energy-savings forecasts.
