Job summary

Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager to lead planning, administration, and performance of major energy efficiency programs in the Chicago region. You will set strategic direction, oversee budgets, and drive profitability across the solution area, partnering with senior leadership to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, develop implementation standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize resources, forecast savings, and deliver

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience leading and managing complex programs
• Five+ years leading teams with delivery outcomes and stakeholder alignment
• Deep understanding of energy-efficiency program design, delivery models, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience engaging distributors, manufacturers, and retailers in midstream programs
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and forecast performance

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve implementation frameworks, operating procedures, and quality standards
• Design and implement program-level operational strategies to improve resource allocation and execution quality
• Forecast profitability and manage budgets across the solution area
• Lead contract management to meet budgets, performance targets, and savings goals
• Develop and mentor staff and Project Managers through coaching and feedback
• Build strategic client relationships and lead business development initiatives
