Job summary

OnSite Partners in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to lead client relationship management and coordinate deliverables across the organization. The role requires understanding of energy management practices, with strong communication and project management skills essential.

You will own end-to-end client programs, monitor performance, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to support onboarding and successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Energy, Sustainability, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in account management, strong client relationships, solutions oriented
• Proven project management and analytical skills
• Knowledge of electric/gas commodities, RTO/utility programs, renewables and sustainability offerings, behind-the-meter tech, energy data analytics, and vendor capabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Program Design: Create and manage project plans (tasks, milestones, deliverables), track progress in tools/systems, and keep teams aligned.
• Delivery Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination: Own end-to-end client program delivery to scope, timelines, and OSP processes; monitor performance and quality, and exceed as needed.
• Client Relationship, Communication & Enablement: Serve as primary client contact; build trusted relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client Outcomes, Performance & Reporting: Manage contracts to established processes; report satisfaction and program effectiveness to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement, Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Use analytics, reports, and client feedback to identify trends, investigate issues, and drive improvements.
