Job summary

Sunset Search LLC in New York is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex sales of solar, storage, and hybrid energy solutions to utilities, developers, EPCs, and large commercial and Industrial clients.

You will manage relationships across technical and executive stakeholders, coordinate technical evaluations, and close multi-year projects while growing a national pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise sales in renewable energy or power systems.
• Proven track record closing large, long-cycle enterprise deals.
• Experience selling into utilities, developers, or EPCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of utility-scale solar, storage, and hybrid project opportunities.
• Lead discovery, solution development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
• Engage customers across technical, commercial, and executive levels.
• Collaborate with solutions engineering and project delivery teams to structure proposals.
• Present technical and commercial offerings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Support RFP responses and manage proposal timelines.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM documentation.
• Strengthen strategic relationships through regular communication and on-site engagement.
