Johnson Controls seeks an OpenBlue Customer Advisor to partner with customers and deliver value across the OpenBlue suite. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success in a large enterprise environment.

Role requires HVAC/building automation expertise, excellent communication, and matrix org leadership with up to 10% travel. Join a global leader shaping safer, smarter buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years recent experience in HVAC systems, building automation systems, energy management solutions, facility management, or building maintenance services.
• Hands-on experience with OT deployment in medium to large facilities.
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and partners at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of customer value for OpenBlue solutions.
• Customer onboarding including kickoff calls and success milestones.
• Adoption activities with regular check-ins to ensure value delivery.
• Advocacy, triage support, and feedback loops with product teams.
• Retention and growth through identifying new value opportunities.
