Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an OpenBlue Customer Advisor to partner with customers, delivering value across the full lifecycle. The role requires coordinating onboarding, adoption, and advocacy initiatives while collaborating with digital commercial account managers and product teams.

You will engage in end-to-end delivery, drive customer success, and support growth by identifying opportunities for additional value and favorable references. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in HVAC/building automation/energy management.
• Hands-on OT deployment experience in large facilities.
• Experience delivering user training and product demos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OpenBlue customer value.
• Onboard customers, run kickoff calls, train end users.
• Drive adoption and monitor product usage with customers.
• Serve as voice of the customer with Product/Commercial teams.
• Support retention and growth through value realization and references.
