You will promote Johnson Controls offerings, deliver technical and business value, and manage customer satisfaction, with emphasis on long-term relationships and renewable service agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years in field HVAC sales.
• 2+ years selling in buildings automation systems.
• Demonstrates integrity and quality in business.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence the market at key levels.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively to contractors, designers and engineers.
• Build long-term customer relationships and partnerships with assigned accounts.
• Promote the value proposition with business and technical solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while partnering with operations.
• Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of run account relationships.
