Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Staff Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment for craft and professional roles in the energy services sector within the U.S. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, while building a strong pipeline and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and participate in career fairs to promote Primoris Energy Services as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in construction/energy.
• Proven track record recruiting skilled craft labor and professional roles.
• Strong sourcing techniques across multiple channels.
• Experience with ATS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and update progress.
• Build a passive candidate pipeline for future openings.
• Negotiate and extend offers with a focus on candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and adhere to regulations.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events.
