Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of skilled craft and professional positions within the energy services sector, ensuring timely and efficient placement of top talent.

The Staff Recruiter will develop sourcing strategies, conduct thorough interviews, and partner with hiring managers to fill critical positions while maintaining ATS records and contributing to career fairs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or energy services industries.
• Proven track record of recruiting skilled craft labor and professional roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a variety of positions within Primoris Energy Services.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and provide regular recruitment progress updates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future openings.
• Negotiate and extend job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and participate in career fairs and recruiting events.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven track record of successfully recruiting skilled craft labor (e.g., welders, pipefitters, electricians) and professional roles.
* Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to travel occasionally for career fairs and recruitment events.
