Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field or business.
• Experience with Design-Build Turnkey or ESPC projects.
• Knowledge of energy rebates, tariffs, and bill analysis.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC systems and solutions using Trane equipment and other HVAC systems.
• Assist Account Managers with budgets and RFQ processes.
• Provide technical support to pursuit of Trane business.
• Manage design through construction documents.
• Travel as needed.
