Baseline Energy Services, LP is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director for C&I to drive growth of multi-year power solutions in the United States. The role blends technical sales, solutioning, and disciplined deal execution to build a profitable, recurring revenue stream.

You will develop and execute a sales plan, originate opportunities with end users and EPCs, and secure MSAs while guiding deals from qualification to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, energy, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical B2B sales, business development or energy markets.
• Experience with multi-year commercial agreements and complex buying committees.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with Baseline's commercial strategy and capital deployment priorities for multi-year power solutions.
• Prospect and originate qualified opportunities with end users, EPCs, electrical contractors, and engineering firms across C&I verticals.
• Secure MSAs and preferred-provider relationships with new customers.
• Own opportunities from qualification through contract execution with pricing discipline and risk controls.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and grow accounts through follow-on opportunities.
