Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Sales Representative (Home Energy Specialist) to perform Energize CT energy assessments, model homes, diagnose energy usage, and recommend energy-saving measures. This full-time, commission-based role includes in-depth paid training and requires a valid driver’s license for travel.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, using energy software, selling services, and completing paperwork accurately while collaborating with internal teams to cross-sell

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel required.
• Energize CT program knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Energize CT home energy assessments and model homes using energy efficiency software.
• Recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation, LED lighting, and high‑efficiency HVAC systems.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts; educate homeowners on benefits; generate referrals.
