Compensation

Earn $1,000–$1,350 per week on average (base pay & uncapped commission) with a $16.00/hr guaranteed minimum. Next-day pay via Daily Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates.
• Collaborate with the team to hit goals and celebrate wins.
• Operate within the retail environment; no door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in retail/event sales or event marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and event setup/teardown.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
