Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Staff Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruitment for craft, trades, and professional roles supporting energy projects across locations in the United States. The role partners with hiring managers to define needs, sources top talent, screens candidates, and guides them through interviews and offers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-5 years' recruiting experience in energy, construction or industrial sectors, with strong ATS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business or related field; 3-5 years recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting craft, skilled trades and professional roles in energy/industrial sectors.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools; strong interviewing and employment law knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment life cycle for roles across crafts, trades, project management, engineering and admin.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, networks and ATS.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews; coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Guide candidates through process, provide feedback and manage expectations.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation; maintain ATS records; build stakeholder relationships.
• Represent Primoris Energy Services at career fairs and recruiting events; ensure regulatory compliance.
