Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. in Dateland, Arizona, seeks a Senior Project Safety Manager - Energy to lead the safety program on project sites.

You will develop and maintain the Project Safety Roadmap, ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and client requirements, and coach field teams to reduce incidents. The role requires 5–7 years in construction safety, OSHA 30 and BCSP certification, and a BS in safety preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry safety standards NFPA, ASTM, ANSI.
• CPR/FA certified; trainer preferred.
• Able to work independently with strong communication to influence safety behaviors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Lead safety training and testing (HazCom, Fall Protection, LOTO).
• Conduct daily site observations and safety program audits.
• Provide incident investigations and case management for injuries/illnesses.
• Coach and mentor Project Safety Managers and Coordinators.
• Participate in weekly toolbox talks and safety meetings.
