Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and guide Project Engineers and Coordinators in partnership with the Project Manager and field team.
• Coordinate scheduling data required to populate the CEI schedule.
• Identify cost impacts with RFIs, submittals, and design changes; notify management.
• Price change orders consistently and for PM review and approval.
• Manage closeout documents and ensure project documentation is complete.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with 3rd parties; track open items.
• Maintain strong partnerships with vendors and subcontractors; ensure timely materials releases.
