Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Energy to lead our energy projects on-site or at the project office.

You will oversee scope, schedule, and budgets, coordinate with field teams, and drive project performance from mobilization through closeout. Join CEI’s Energy Group and work on solar, storage, and grid-conversion initiatives with a focus on safety, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects and project teams from qualification through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout.
• Establish project execution plan and provide scheduling and coordination with the field team to meet deadlines.
• Identify project risks and implement recovery action plans.
• Oversee project financials, review invoices, track variance, job cost and productivity, and report on performance.
• Negotiate change orders with customers and subcontractors.
• Serve as main point of contact with owners; develop relationships and source new opportunities.
• Develop and mentor a high-performance team to grow capabilities.
