Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator for onsite work in Goodhue, MN. You will support energy construction projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating meetings, schedules, and equipment with project teams and leadership.

Responsibilities include document control, cost tracking, and maintaining project records in Smartsheet, Viewpoint, and Procore. The role requires strong communication, organization, and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Experience with CM software such as Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Smartsheet and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings, track action items, and record meeting minutes.
• Support project schedules by tracking deliverables and critical-path activities in Smartsheet.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Coordinate equipment needs with construction leadership and ensure proper logistics.
• Maintain project files, drawings, records, and correspondence.
• Ensure current document revisions are available and obsolete versions archived.
• Maintain project folder structures per company standards.
• Create and maintain project records in Smartsheet, Viewpoint, Procore, and other systems.
• Issue purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders as directed.
• Execute cost transfers to align project expenses with codes.
• Review project cost activity and open commitments to support financial organization.
