Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a project coordination professional to support energy construction projects onsite in Goodhue, MN. You’ll manage records, track schedules, and assist with procurement and subcontracting to keep projects moving from kickoff to completion.

You’ll work with Project Managers, coordinate equipment, and ensure accurate financials while upholding KE’s safety and performance standards. This role is onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to coordinate across project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes.
• Support project schedules by tracking deliverables in Smartsheet.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Coordinate equipment needs with construction leadership and various tools.
• Maintain project files, drawings, records, and correspondence in KE systems.
• Ensure current document revisions are available and obsolete versions archived.
• Maintain project folder structures per company standards.
• Create records in Smartsheet, Viewpoint, Procore, and other systems.
• Issue purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders as directed.
• Execute cost transfers to align expenses with accounting codes.
• Review project cost activity and open commitments for financial control.
