Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. in Goodhue, MN seeks a Site Coordinator Intern to support project management activities. You will assist with documentation, reporting, and coordinating on-site tasks under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in automation, energy, and power services.

The role involves travel nationwide, working with field teams, and participating in tailgate safety meetings and preconstruction activities. Pay is $20–$25 hourly.

Qualifications

• You’re pursuing a degree in a related field and ready to apply classroom learning on real projects.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and take direction from Project Management team.
• Oversee and monitor project-level documentation, adhering to Knobelsdorff standards.
• Assist with job reporting, crew timecard entry, inspection documents, material delivery/inventory, and project closeout documents.
• Create, prepare, and coordinate reports, trackers, deliverables, status reports, and other materials as needed.
• Organize and maintain construction storage container, including tools and construction materials.
• Assist field personnel on site to complete projects, as needed.
• Attend tailgate meetings prior to work to discuss jobsite hazards, JHA completion, daily objectives, and best practices.
• Assist with preconstruction preparation and coordination.
• Coordinate with project teams, field personnel, and site leadership to support daily project execution.
• Support site needs during occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work as required by project schedules.
