Knobelsdorff (KE) in Goodhue, MN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead solar projects from handoff through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance. You will be the primary customer contact, coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors to meet milestones.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, managing costs, reviewing change orders, and partnering with engineering, pre-construction, and estimating to align project needs with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in utility-grade photovoltaic project management.
• Ability to meet budgetary objectives and deadlines.
• Willing to travel 20% to project sites.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple solar projects from handoff through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with Construction Managers and Superintendents.
• Manage weekly budgets, cost-to-complete forecasting, revenue forecasting, billing, and SOVs.
• Serve as primary customer interface and manage change orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Pre-Construction, and Estimating on scope and requirements.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors and ensure timely delivery.
• Support safety materials and KE safety procedures on site.
• Lead handoff, kickoff, and closeout meetings with field and support teams.
• Monitor project progress via site visits and adjust plans as needed.
• Closeout activities including punch lists and final deliverables.
