Job summary

Knobelsdorff is seeking a Project Manager in Goodhue, MN to lead solar projects from handoff through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and safety while serving as the primary customer interface.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with Construction Managers, managing cost and revenue forecasting, and handling change orders. Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to project sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with utility-grade photovoltaic project management.
• Ability to oversee and report progress daily to leadership.
• Experience with basic project management and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple solar projects from handoff through closeout, overseeing scope, contracts, schedules, budgets, safety, and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with Construction Managers and Superintendents to meet milestones.
• Manage project financials including budget reviews, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, providing updates and managing change orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Pre-Construction, and Estimating on scope and requirements.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and delivery timelines.
• Support safety by ensuring materials, forms, and reporting align with KE procedures.
• Lead handoff, kickoff, coordination, and closeout meetings with field and support teams.
