Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support field, project management, and customer teams on energy projects in Las Vegas, NV.

The role involves coordinating payroll times, enrollment docs, and maintaining project files, with strong emphasis on communication and organization. The ideal candidate will manage information flow between office and field, track schedules, and support PMs with submittals, RFIs, and RFQs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Zoom to manage online group presentations and calls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Track project management schedule; set up meetings, travel, and catering.
• Coordinate with field and safety teams; process payroll times and new hire enrollment docs.
• Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
• Assist with proposals, bid presentations, change orders, submittals, RFIs and RFQs.
