Qualifications

• Valid US driver's license; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects from qualification through closeout within budgets and timeframes.
• Establish execution plans and coordinate with field teams to meet schedules.
• Identify risks and develop recovery actions.
• Manage financials, track budget variance, job cost, and productivity.
• Negotiate change orders.
• Maintain customer and subcontractor relationships and source opportunities.
• Develop and mentor a high-performance team.
