Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements as stated: HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination/support role in construction.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track PM schedule, set-up meetings, travel, catering, etc.
• Communicate with Field and Safety professionals; Payroll times for Production and New Hire Enrollment docs.
• Maintaining and updating job files, controlled forms/logs.
• WO processing on PV site; assist with proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, RFIs & RFD.
