Responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact with internal customers for specific scopes of work.
• Assist with estimating activities including bids and change orders.
• Support kickoff meetings and team meetings.
• Coordinate material onsite delivery dates with the project schedule.
• Work with safety professionals to identify hazards and document.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals and change order logs; keep organized filing system.
• Maintain current drawing log and distribute information to team members and subcontractors.
• Support project close-out documentation and customer submissions.
