Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in CM, engineering or related field preferred.
• Licensure/ certifications: None required.
• Experience: 0 years required; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact with internal customers for specific scopes of work.
• Assist project management with estimating activities, bids and change orders.
• Coordinate material onsite delivery dates with the project schedule.
• Maintain RFI, submittal and change order logs.
• Maintain drawing log and distribute information.
